Solutions for packaging machine belt cutting issues

Synopsis: The horizontal bar balance position is not adjusted properly. The magnetic control (cutting tape sensor) is malfunctioning, the magnetic piece is detached or damaged. The transmission belt is too loose. Adjust the transmission frame seat (Earth God) downwards or move the motor backward to tighten the belt. The PP packing belt is too thin or the spacing of the unwinding roller is too large. The spacing of the unwinding roller should only be 0.05-0.1mm more than the thickness of the belt. Adjust according to this requirement. The bundling machine tightening force is adjusted too tight. There is a hexagon set screw above the adjusting nut. Loosen it, then rotate the adjusting nut counterclockwise. After adjustment, tighten the hexagon set screw again. The middle knife is worn. The middle knife has cutting edges on both sides. If one side is worn, the other side can be used.

The drive belt is too loose.

Adjust the drive frame seat downwards or move the motor backwards to tighten the belt.

 

The PP packaging belt is too thin or the gap between the unwinding rollers is too large.

The gap between the unwinding rollers should only exceed the belt thickness by 0.05-0.1mm. Adjust accordingly.

 

The bundling machine tightening force is set too tight.

There is a hexagon socket set screw above the adjusting nut. Loosen it, rotate the adjusting nut counterclockwise, and then tighten the hexagon socket set screw after adjustment.

 

The center knife is worn.

The center knife has cutting edges on both sides. If one side is worn, the other side can be used, or a new knife can be replaced directly.

 

The center knife bearing is broken.

Check the cause of the center knife bearing breakage to avoid similar problems in the future, and then replace the center knife bearing; the center knife tube pin is broken.

Use a small punch to punch out the broken center knife tube pin, and then install a new center knife tube pin.

The slip plate or the tightening drive belt has oil.

Remove the slip plate, clean the oil stains, wipe it dry, and then reassemble it in order.
