1. Electromagnet not attracting: This fault is mostly caused by internal host failure, burnt-out electromagnet coil, or circuit interruption, among other reasons.
Solution: First, check if the problem is internal or external to the host; then check the electromagnet fuse and if there is any sign of power to the electromagnet. Rule out mechanical jamming. If everything is normal, test the internal power supply.
2. Electromagnets often fail to attract in weighing and packaging machines. Reasons for this fault include: sensor damage, bridge voltage failure, incorrect or interrupted wiring.
Troubleshooting: Check the sensor and its connection, or the host's load signal. Then, check the bridge and amplifier circuit or computer output display circuit.
3. Sometimes, poor system stability leads to inconsistent bag weights.
To solve this, test the wiring for faults, or remove the host and apply a zeroing signal by internally short-circuiting. Determine if the fault is internal or from the switch, and then resolve the problem.
