Rubbing cap machine

Pre-filled bottles are conveyed via a conveyor belt to a capping machine after being capped by a capping machine or manually. They are then clamped and moved forward by a double-layer vertical synchronous belt. The caps are progressively tightened by four pairs of rotating silicone rubber rollers. This machine can adjust the height and width of the bottle clamping synchronous belt and the height and width of the rollers to achieve ideal capping speed and stability according to customer bottle types. Adjustment areas have visual control scales or graduations. No spare parts are required when updating bottle or cap types; only minor adjustments are needed to meet production requirements. Filled bottles are continuously capped by a capping machine or manually capped, then conveyed to a capping machine where they are held in place by a double-layer vertical synchronous belt. The caps are progressively tightened by four pairs of rotating silicone rubber rollers.

This machine can adjust the height and width of the bottle clamping synchronous belt and the rollers to achieve the desired capping speed and stability according to the customer's bottle type.
