1 Working principle and characteristics
This machine has two models: single-head aluminum foil sealing (suitable for large bottles) and double-head aluminum foil sealing (suitable for small bottles).
Bottle feeding can be connected to the previous process, or bottles can be manually placed. Bottles are automatically separated on the conveyor belt (large diameter bottles are not separated), and then enter the turntable through the bottle-feeding interceptor; then the machine automatically places aluminum foil (manual arrangement and addition), seals the aluminum foil, presses it flat, and automatically outputs the bottle after sealing.
This machine can customize bottle body, bottle mouth, and spring clip molds according to customer's bottle types. Updating the bottle type requires changing the mold and spring clip, and only minor adjustments are needed to meet the production requirements.
